Refund and Return Policy

At Tatum Café et Brûlerie, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return a purchase. Therefore, we would like to inform you of our refund and cancellation policy.

​Return and refund 

  • No refunds will be issued based on general appreciation of the coffee beans. The only reason for a product exchange related to coffee beans is in the event of a technical error in the grinding process.
  • Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned product.
  • Refunds for the purchase of a coffee machine are only issued if the machine is still sealed in its original packaging.
  • In the event of dissatisfaction following the purchase of a coffee machine, no refund will be issued. However, if the machine is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase, a store credit equivalent to 80% of the original amount will be provided.

​Returns Related to Grinding

  • If the grind is not suitable for the customer's machine, they must come to the store to explain the situation to a member of the Tatum team or contact us promptly at 418-266-2128, extension 101.   • Please note that no returns are accepted on quantities equal to or greater than 1kg of ground coffee.

​Refund Process

  • Once we have received your return and inspected its condition, we will proceed with the exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Please note that refunds may take up to [7] business days to appear on your account, depending on the processing policies of your financial institution.

​Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as coffee beans. However, coffee beans may be exchanged in the event of a technical error in the grinding process.
