Commercial Delivery Policy
Due to the numerous increases in shipping costs and fuel prices, we are compelled to review our delivery policy.
- Orders under $100: $15
- 100 $ to 1 000 $ : 5 $
- More than 1 000 $ : No fees
In addition, our deliveries are scheduled by day and sector. It is therefore important to place your order at least 24 hours before your designated delivery day (info@tatum.ca). If you need delivery before your designated day, a $15 fee will be added to your invoice. To know your fixed delivery day, you can refer to the table below.
You can always call us to pick up an order. Our offices and warehouse are open Monday to Friday during the day, and the café is open on weekends for you to collect your order.
