Delivery Areas :

  • We offer delivery within Canada and the United States.

 

Shipping Fees :

  • 10$ for all areas
  • Free, for 60$+ orders.

 

Delivery Time :

  • We strive to process and ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: The tracking number is for orders outside the greater Québec City area.*

Receiving Packages:

  • Please ensure you are available to receive your package at the delivery address specified when placing your order. If you are not available, please arrange an alternative with the carrier or delivery service.
